The facilities in the double room were clean, beds were comfortable. It was beautiful and had a safe, a mini-bar, and central heating. The staff was very friendly and efficient, I will never forget them. The location was convenient and magnificent, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Aquarium of Genoa. Also, the area was beautiful.

The air conditioning in the initial room failed miserably, leaving us sweating and trying to sleep with a fan on. The bathroom felt cramped and dated, and soundproofing was lackluster, every street noise echoed in the room. The bed offered little support for my preference, though it suited my husband.

Weak air conditioning situation!!! The bathroom door wobbled, and the sink was unexpectedly clogged!!! A kettle or coffee machine would seriously improve room convenience!!! Expect noise from the street at night!!!

I stayed for 1 night in a Double Room. The room was clean and offered a great value considering its size and location. It had a good proximity to the train station and many restaurants. The receptionists were super friendly and let us store our bags. Only downside was the lack of air conditioning, made the room a bit warm at times.

I had a lovely two-night visit and appreciated the cozy amenities like the comfy living room and coffee facilities. Relaxing by the pool and enjoying the spa treatment felt like a luxury after a day of exploring. The only hiccup was the air conditioning not working well the first night, but the staff quickly upgraded us for the next, making it right. 😊
